Nan! This card’s for you. Well I guess technically it is for that new little grandson that is soon to be!! Not sure what the count is today on baby booties and quilts for this little one. But it wouldn’t surprise me if it reaches over a dozen soon (of each!). hehe

Let me tell you a little bit about Nan. She is my claim to fame… a quilter extraordinaire. She has even published some quilting books.. children’s books.. cooking books. Oh and she has even been on that cooking show. What’s his name.. Emeril? What a joy it is to have such a wonderful friend. (Okay, Nan, have I earned those coconut macaroons yet!?! LOL!!!) Nan’s fabulous blog.

I finally got my new Cuttlebug embossing folders and was so excited to use the dotted swiss one on the little oval frame surrounding the nursery scene. It has been popped up on dimensionals. The onesies have been paper pieced and also popped up.

I came across this ancient set with the shelf and teddy bear images yesterday. I have been trying to go through some of my older sets to perhaps sell them to make room for the new. But I just can not seem to part with any of them. As I said in a forum over on SCS a couple of days ago, “They are more than just tools to stamp with. They are… family.” I think I need some serious help!
