My card today was made for the Stampin’ Sisters in Christ Challenge this week to “have an image (or die cut) of a tree on your card or project.”
For the most part, I’ve been trying to keep my Christmas cards more postage-friendly this year. There are no lumps or bumps at all on this card as this fun tree image does all the work. It was colored with Copics.
If you haven’t seen my Sketch Challenge for this month, check it out HERE. You have until November 1st to enter to win a beautiful Tim Holtz Stamper’s Anonymous stamp set called “Flights of Fancy.”
Happy Crafting!

I love the clear and simple outline of your card, putting the wonderful tree in the middle of attention.Great!
Great tree image and love how you used the yellow with it instead of the traditional red 🙂
This is beautiful — crisp, clean, elegant design. Love your tree image. Your coloring is gorgeous.
Beautiful card Susan. I love this simple image and the way you’ve colored it.
Love this image and that you used non-traditional colors, Susan! Super coloring!
Susan your watercoloring is always superb. The tree has so much dimension it needs nothing more. Perfect card for mailing!
such pretty coloring of the tree, I so need to get started on Christmas cards I am not even close to get started
I love this CAS Christmas card, Susan. Love a yellow card base. So different, so cool.

I love the shades of green in the tree! Such a pretty card! 🙂
I hear you on making postage-friendly cards this year! This is such a classic CAS design with a great image, and I love how you encased the sentiment with a hand-drawn frame!
What a sweet tree and a great CAS design.
