The card in my last post was one of the most CAS (Clean and Simple) cards I have ever made. Today’s card is quite a ways from there.
I had a blast with this one… playing with so many fun and sparkly things. And I’m playing along in 8 different challenges… with just 1 card! That is definitely a record for me.
With the card closed you can see the inside strip of designer paper where it peeks through the curved die cut front at the bottom of the card.
The pearl centers on the sparkly “snowflakes” were white, but they have been colored with a Copic marker. Love those Copics!

Hi Susan, saw your lovely card over at the Snippet Playground, and so nice to meet you. Gosh, you have so many sparkling embellies on this multi-layered card, it is just an eye feast. Loved that curved front, and all the blue rhinestones that added so much to the icy feel. Also liked the doily and all the bits you have layered atop it. Liked, too, the way you carried the sentiment border across the entire front with the cheery little snowman by the sentiment. Gorgeous, I just love the snowy background, too cute snowman and all the sparkle… since I have learned this trick with coloring my own gems and pearls I have stopped buying colored ones and will stick with plain white and color my own 🙂
