Here is a card made with the Stampin’ Up set called “Lotus Blossom”. The set is today’s blog candy, and even though it’s not a tulip I think it can pass as one. 
A little sentiment tag was tucked under the ribbon and a butterfly was added to anchor it.

Candy. I love the colors you chose for the tulips! It’s my favorite flower and when I’m stamping, I often forget the multi-colored flowers like this. I really love how it looks! It’s so rich! Thanks for the chance to win the set. 🙂

Candy is perfect for today and so is your card! The news today is that tulips are being used for Valentine bouquets as an alternative to the more expensive roses! Love the two-tone color that truly makes this stamp look like a tulip!
