Here are the cards for my twin granddaughters’ birthday this year.

The icing on the cupcakes was popped up with foam tape for some depth and dimension.

A strip of the designer paper was added on the inside, too.

And of course their favorite part of the card… the money!  lol

Since they live so far away its hard to know exactly what they want/need.  But this year I had some cupcakes delivered to them that I ordered from a local bakery there.  One can always use cupcakes!

  7. Oh, Susan, your twin granddaughters are adorable (and their sister too)! Such sweeties eating their cupcakes! I love the cards you made them, and what a great layout with the curve and the DP with the cupcake top popped! Super sentiment! Hehe! And I love the stitching too, along with the great gift inside!! 8. Oh those precious little girls! I remember when they were all born, and just look how much they’ve grown up! What a fun picture of them enjoying their treats! Wonderful cards too, and I love the wavy panels. The sentiment reminds me of a popular song I’ve been hearing on the radio lately “Money can’t buy everything – but it can buy me a boat!” LOL Too funny!

  10. Those are just too cute, love the design of the card too. Your idea of using the strip inside is a great one, I have a lot of those thin strips leftover, great way to use every bit of the paper, and like how you added the money on the ribbon.
It looks like they are totally enjoying those cupcakes, another great idea 🙂
